I purchased iteem # 2983083221 Chatty Cathy Chatty Baby Brown eyes on February 3,2004 fron the seller Theresa Wilson. The Doll in the pictures shown showed 2 functioning eyes and in 1 piece. She states in her description that the "doll was taken apart...period... I even did not attempt to glue her back togather.
The pictures did show the doll in 1 piece and head was attached to body.. When I recieved the doll the doll's head was seperate from the body and the right eye was broke out. The seller said the eye was fine when it left. The head was seperate from the body.
I contacted paypal due to the doll was under buyers protection who did not stand behind the buyer. This is why people get away with fraud.

I personally saw this doll before it was shipped (I am a friend of the family). It was just as Teresa stated in the description. The pictures are a good representation of the doll. Maybe it was damaged in shipping?????????
The buyer protection program through ebay stood behind Teresa because Diane has done this to several people before. She will get an item from someone and make a claim against them that is false so that she can make money. Teresa has personally spoken to some of these people.
So, if you go to google and type in Teresa's name it comes up with a message that pretty much states she is a fraud (which I believe is slander)and links to Diane's untrue account of the story. It gives out Teresa's home address and home phone number. Why not Diane's? Teresa is an honest person and has a great history with ebay.
