Tires Plus Store #5046 ripoff Guessed the problem started with the hoses then the water tank then the water pump mistreated and ripped off Jupiter Florida

The water in the 97 Eldorado was low I asked for a pressure test as the fuel pump had been replaced. They sais it was the lower hose which had to be special ordered. They suggested I replace all 4 hoses which was done . The water continued to leak.

Then they changed the water tank(cadillac said the tank was permanenetand should not have been replaced. The water continued to leak noe it was the pump. I removed the car.

The new place found the work was done poorly. All the necks were coated in mud( I have pictures)causing a poor seal.

I was also told that the wires and plugs needed to be replaced and the transmission needed servicing the other place found none of this to be true.

The oil was change-a few weeks later the car needed 2and a half quarts of oil. They did not put enough oil in.

The form that I signed had a box to check if I wanted to save the parts it was not pointed out. I have prepaid for oil changes and alignments I need the money returned.
Also, the money for the tank and hoses as they had to be changed and the necks cleaned.
