Tmobile Scam. falsified charges, defective products. No courtesy or respect. Internet

3 years now with Tmobile. Never missed a payment. I signed contract and now im a idiot. The new smart phone had a year an half old Sim card. No voice mail. Data was NOT restored AFTER I paid my bill, 8 days. I complained...resulting... Unauthorized plan change. Erroneous charges. And finally in may, after I paid the full payment they cut my service. Then after I called CC they hooked me up. However it took 20 CC calls over 3 months and 3 depts to a fix.

Tmobile is irresponsible giant like all the other cellular giants that are allowed by our corrupted gov to steal, lie, and defraud honest paying customers. All contracts should be null and void....and rewritten with strict rules to protect customers. Or prepay. Tmobile is a lie.
