I have a 1999 ranger and a 1992 jeep wrangler 4x4. I intended to trade them in on a 2000 f150 which was used. I owed a lil money on the jeep. It was 4136.00 pay off.

Well they said they would give me 4500 for the jeep and the ranger. I said ok. Well he did the paperwork and the truck I wanted was 12990.00 He took the 4500 he allowed as trade in by paying the jeep off and stuck it on the bill of the f150. It totaled out to be 16,136.00 I caught what he did and called him. He argued with me for a while and never agreed.

So he finally gets the idea I figured out what he had done. He says let me call you back. Well one of his so called professionals called me back and says the truck was 16990 in the first place. I told them to forget about it I wasnt buying it they were being crooked.

I was angry and hung up. That was no way to treat a customer or anyone at all for that matter. I have heard nothing but bad stories out of town and country ford of bessemer.

I will not buy there nor will I stand for a crooked way of selling a car. In the long run they would have gotten my jeep and ranger for nothing and I would have still been paying for the jeep and paying 16,000 dollars for a piece of junk. How "lame" is that?
