These guys charge close to twice Toyota retail for parts. Beware!

Check another dealer and price shop!
There is one decent guy in parts named Scott. He might cut you a break if you ask.
Look out for the manager. He's a first class a-hole. I think he's also the service manager.

I know Scott, and u are right, he's a great guy. Dave in parts is too. Service Mgrs. name is Bob Bacon and u are totally right. Don't know why he was ever promoted. A REAL d*ck. And, Bob, if u read this. Get the grease out of your hair once and awhile!

Google this: SUIT: DEFECT REPORTS ALTERED TOYOTA PLANT and read it!! Then Google this: ENGINE SLUDGE and go to the Toyota engine complaints at the consumeraffairs website and make sure to click on AIRBAGS and read them! YOUR LIFE COULD BE IN DANGER!!!!!

Google: MY TOYOTA SEQUOIA YOUTUBE and watch the video. This customer could have DIED!!!
