I purchased a vacation package meant for Florida citizens for 229$ via www.traveljolly.com /Travel jolly csr ( Names i do not remember either tiffany, tracy or Jennifer..i spoke to 3 people).My bank records say that the amount of 228$ has actually been encashed by 'SUMMER BAY'.

supposed to be attending a tour presentaion at Summer bay resort before using vacation package.

It was an open dated package ,only need to make reservation 7 days in advance prior to the travelling date. I called the Travel jolly customer service 1-888-276-4005 in Jan, Mar, April.May. June -everytime my message went in to Voice recorder. No other numbers on Travel jolly website were reachable.Emails were never responded.

Ultimately i called Summer Bay at 352-242-1100 and they said they do not work with Travel jolly anymore and do not find my reservations in thier system.They asked me to conact Travel Jolly.Later after repeated inquiries they said they said they are able to see my name on thier Mercahnt system but they can not help me an again asked me to conact travel jolly.They said only travel jolly can help me.

Traveljolly website does not provide any contact information like office address etc.It's impossible to reach Travel jolly. SUMMER BAY resort csr did gave me a conact name of one Mr.GIOVANNI , 321-287-3119.But Giovanni picks up the phone and as soon as mention about travel jolly he disconnected the phone.

Travel jolly attracts customers and SUMMER BAY ENCAHSES MONEY and route you back to Travel jolly knowing that it's impossible to get reply from Travel jolly.Summer bay said they are in no way responsible for Travel jooly reservations.They only collect money and there ends thier services!!!
