On 09/06/13 I Was put onto reservation list for a 3 bedroom apartment which I was to move into on 10/06/2013 When the my first months lease was up on the 1 bedroom I had to rent for a month due to no availability of the 3 bedroom, Entered into rental agreement with a signed lease with defendant on the 1 bedroom, who took cash payment of 474.88 which is not on file, ( I ended up swithching to a different 1 bedroom 2 weeks after signing lease due to persons staying to the right of us peeking through our windows) Front desk took my credit card # and gave me the reservation for the 3 bedroom with confirmation that I would be moving in on 10/06/2013 On 09/20/13 A housekeeper and front des clerk informed me that I was supposably on the DNR list and was not suppose to be on the property from a stay in 2012. ( I was in Michigan for the year 2012, so its still unexplained how I managed to do this) A week later I was informed that the woman who accused me of this did not like me because her best friends boyfriend said we had dated years ago.. Very Unperfessional on 10/04/2013 I went to front desk to get my door rekeyed and was rudely Informed that I was not allowed to move to another apartment due to the fact I had moved once already, I asked who and when did they decide this and when they where planning on telling me, she stated her boss Scott (manager) decided this and they decided 3 days prior, No one was planning on informing me of this my children where scheduled to fly in from georgia in october I have a 13 year old son and a 9 year old step daughter who have no buisness sharing a room at there ages, State law requires them to sleep in seperate rooms, so a 1 bedroom was not going to work and they rented the 3 bedroom to someone else for 2 days.. I have been threatened and intimidated to leave the property or told I will be kicked out at least 2 times a month since I signed the rental agreement with property, On 12/18/2013 I replied to an offer by business manager to work for the company durring the weekends at night, stated they where trying to get rid of all the bad apples from the company and needed my assistance I accepted and started immediately He never told me that I would not be recieving a paycheck, instead i was told after 1st payday when i received a pay-stub stating 0 hrs worked and a check for 0.00 that i was to apply my earnings towards rent, I worked 34.5 hours and 58.5 hours and so far on next paycheck 8 hours, plus a 1 hour meeting that I had no prior notice of. I was accused of taking another employees cash bank drop from a shift I did not work valued at 700-1000 no definite amount given to me, no police report, nor was this missing money reported to owners no complaint was filed with corporate about me not a word of this left the office but considering the landlord invaded my privacy twice on my day off went as far as unlocking both locks to try and gain entrance into home to inform me of a no notice meeting letting me know i had 3 days for money to appear or I would have to move out, first things first my rental agreement and my employment should of had nothing to do with each other considering he came up to my house begging me to work for him not the other way around and the fact that the girl whos drop came up missing is still employed there, and no retalliation nor any disciplinary actions were takin, except when I reported this to corprate, then 3 hours later defendant and police showed up at my place of employment in retalliation for corporate complaint ending in 50.. when i exited my place of employment and I said to the manager did you finally file a report on that missing money he stated no, and then accused me of stealing credit card information of former guests to order from walmart.com I was made to leave my job and walk to office and open up two of my packages that came in the mail ( they had been there all day and nobody had told me) Which I opened They were my mothers belongings She was sending down 2 boxes full of her items due to her future move to arizona.. the police left and I did get the complaint number from them as well, I was embarrased in front of customers, nieghbors, employers, fellow employees and belittled in front of my children and husband, Then I find out that I have been overcharged rent everymonth that I have been here by at least 200 a month, I pay the same price as the people in the 3 bedroom do for a 2 bedroom, Its crazy how nasty companies are allowed to be to there cash paying customers,
