A quick question

Were the cars actually picked up from the auto auction, and delivered to the other auto auction , and you just didnt get paid, or did they contract with you to pick up the cars, and was supposed to send you a 1300.00 deposit, and then you would pick up the cars? Just wondering, as you used the word "Deposit", instead of Payment.
If you performed the service, and they still did not pay you, then you were ripped off, however , if they simply contracted with you to do the job, and you were waiting for a deposit, and never transported the automobiles, because you did not receive the deposit, you were not ripped off.
Thought you might want to clarify this point.

We were contracted to transport both cars from PA to FL and we did it.
Because they are in NY and not in Florida they would have to deposit $1,300 as payment for the transportation.
They decided not to do the payment and we've been trying to collect the payment since September 2013.
