This company made an unauthroized charge to my MC on Sept. 18, '07 for $119.99. The billing statement included a phone number. The agent told me the charge was for various travel-related benefits that were activated(somehow) by my wife when she rented a car from Budget Car Rentals at the Albany, NY airport back in June '07. My wife has no knowledge of ever signing up for anything with Every Day Values. The agent tried to keep me interested in the service and accepting the charge by telling me that certain benefits are due my wife, including a $50 cash reimbursement for something. The agent went through a well-scripted sales presentation for a "product" that had already been "sold," hoping that I would be persuaded to let the charge stand. I finally convinced the agent that I wanted nothing to do with TLG Everydayvalues and that a credit for $119.99 be immediately credited to my MC. The agent finally acquiesced and said a credit would occur within 2 weeks. She gave me a cancellation confirmation number: WE391350920. Companies that do business in this fashion should be put out of business.
