Triumph Partnerships LLC And Robert Scanlon , Attorney Scavenger debt buyer and Attorney Spokane Washington

This company ,Triumph Partnerships is a scavenger debt buyer . They bought an old credit card debt from HSBC credit card company and hired this Attorney Robert Scanlon to sue me for payment of a $1033.00 debt. I had requested validation of this debt several times however he refused to supply it . He then filed a lawsuit in civil court and called me to tell me that he wanted payment or he was going to " get a judgment and come take it from me " I told him I would see him in court .

He stated I had made a payment in 2003 of $37800.00 I asked him to provide the copy of that payment to which he replied " Oh we don't have things like that from so far back " This clued me into him not having any validation of this debt in which I replied to the court and stated such . A pre-trial hearing was set and I asked the judge for a dismissal as this Attorney had still not provided proof and the judge gave him another 45 days to provide it . The day before the trial I received a notice that the attorney filed to strike the court date and dismiss the case without prejudice .

This debt is on my credit report and is reported as a revolving credit which in the state of Washington has a statute of limitations of 3 years which has also passed . By dismissing without prejudice this jerk can file another lawsuit for this debt . Triumph Partnerships also re-aged the debt on the credit bureaus , I found this out by comparing my old reports to the newest one and saw the dates . This company is buying up old debts and going after anyone they can get to go after and this scumbag Attorney is more than willing to oblige . Many FDCRA violations by these people . Watch out !
