We rented a one way rental to Albany GA on Saturday 12/04/10 and a friend of my husband drove the truck to Albany on Sunday 12/05/10. When empty, he returned the truck at 11:00 that night. I got a $43.88 charge on my credit card that I don't owe. When we picked up the truck, it had between 1/2 and 3/4 tank of gas, when he returned it, it had the same. The so-called manager (customer no-service) called me this morning and basically called him a liar. She first told me she gave him the option to go put more gas in the truck, which there should have been no need to do. Then when I told her that she couldn't have talked to him, as they were closed, she hem-hawed around the subject. I really don't appreciate being taken advantage of. I intend to file a charge-back with my credit card company, report to BBB, Governor's Office of Consumer Affairs, FTC and am trying to get the name and email or mailing address of the CEO or President of the Company. We rented the truck in Kennesaw GA and they tried to rip us off on that. We told them what size truck we needed, they tried to put us in a bigger truck which would have been about twice the price. When we got ready to walk out, all of a sudden he had the smaller truck.
