UNITED STATES BANKRUPCTY COURT - LAWYER KIETH CATOURE IN THE FINAL TRUSTEES REPORT I WAS LISTED AS GETTING BACK OVER 4,000.00 NEVER RECEIVED IT! HERNDON VIRGINA.

my wife and myself wanted to file bankruptcy but we wanted to repay what we owed. Number one thing was we wanted to buy time to catch up on house morgage and keep the house.We never owed no creditcards just mostly medical bills we owed. After 4 yrs of my lawyer bouncing back and forth from chapter 7 and eleven and my checks ,accidents settlement and income tax returns we finally settled on chapter 7.Trustee finally stopped garnishing my weely paycheck and said ok! we have enough to catch you up.

after 6 month we finally receive the final trustees report and on it was unbeleivable figures!!!! He had over 15 thousand to play with but no where does it say a payment was sent to my morgage company it all went to medical bills and even had a balance of 4,085.00 left over that states that we would receive as a leftover balance that would be sent to me. 6 months later i still have not received this check,lawyer is not returning my calls and nobody has answers for me.

#1 goal was to repay and catch up on house note which was not carried out!!!! shoot this was the number 1 reason we went bankruptcyy
#2 had money left over that i never received and nobody can answer me why and return my call.what can i do?
