US-Telecom - David Bell US-Telecom committed fraud against my company by ordering mechandise to resell to their customers with no intent of ever paying off the purchase order they presented. Monrovia California

It all started with a good credit card order, An employee named Gabriel Menchaca then asked for terms, we did a little checking and they seemed okay so we extended NET 30 terms, Then 3 PO's with 30 or so days dating back to Sept 2005 and a total of about $1600.00 in equipment.

Repeated calls to different people have led to more lies and stories. Contacted the President of the company David Bell. He has also made payment promises that never happen.

Stay away from these guys - they are all smoke and mirrors.

Here is information I should have researched before extending this guy DAVID BELL any credit.

Here is a report I pulled on my friend David Bell, seems he has tried to tie himself to the real USTELECOM.com, failed a couple of comapnies, and owes a TON of money.

I guess I am the fool for not looking up this guy in the first place.

Just wanted to shore up my story - HOW ABOUT YOU DAVID BELL?

03/29/05 Lastly on Feb 7 2005, David Bell, who gave a title of CEO, reported that US-Telecom.com Inc (Not Inc) started in 2000 and operates as a corporation. Operations were reported to be engaged in providing telecom services with 148 employees. A business address of 1967 S Myrtle Ave, Monrovia, CA was reported with the phone listing
(626) 256-8911. An annual sales estimate of medium seven figures was reported. Also, the subject company was reported to be affiliated through financial interest with a company called U S Telecom, Inc, New York, NY.
A check of records dated as of Mar 25 2005 with the California Secretary of State revealed that an active foreign qualification was issued under US-Telecom.com Inc on Jun 30 2003 listing the captioned address as a Nevada corporation. A check of records with the NevadaSecretary of State on Mar 29 2005 revealed that a domestic corporate
charter was issued for the corporation name on May 28 2002 showing Alan Teegardin as the sole officer. Records show that this charter was revoked effective Jun 1 2004.
On Mar 25 2005, Robert Berger, president of U S Telecom, Inc, New York, NY reported that his company has no business relationship or affiliation with the subject company. It was indicated that any affiliation by the subject company to U S Telecom, Inc and use of its
credit history has been done without the owner's knowledge or permission.
A check of records with directory assistance on Mar 29 2005 confirmed the captioned phone number and address under US-Telecom. Other listings under the names Meridian Telephone Sales Service & Repair, Norstar Sales Service & Repair, Northern Telecom Sales Service & Repair and Vodavi Telephone Sales & Repair were listed with the same
phone number (626) 256-8911 at the same captioned address.
Also, a review of payment information reported by suppliers to D&B between May 2004 & Mar 2005 shows multiple instances of severe slowness in payments to vendors. Vendors reported over $200,000 in
past due amounts, including $6,500 that was placed for collection by one vendor and $7,500 that was reported as unsatisfactory by two other vendors.
As a matter of interest, the principal name David Bell was also previously reported for a company called Southwest Telecommunications and Business Systems LLC, Monrovia, CA (same address as subject) (Duns
#08-671-2952). This company filed a voluntary petition for bankruptcy under Chapter 7 on May 31 2002 in U S Bankruptcy Court, Los Angeles, CA (Case #02-25895). The petition was reported closed on Jan 9 2003.
A review of D&B historical information shows that record of a file for the subject company can be dated to Mar 2003. Due to the above discrepancies, a reference start date of 2003 will be utilized and credit and financial details withheld.
