USA Discounters fradulent credit reporting, sneaky, rip off military Virginia Beach Virginia

back in July i called USA discounters becuase i was thinking of getting a new living room set so i called to see if i could get pre-approved (of course all military do) they told me over the phone after some brief info given that i was pre-approved for $5000 so i was like cool. well i went on to there website becuase im in WA and looked at their furniture i saw a sectional that i liked.

so i called the guy i was working with (steven) back he sent me some paperwork with some numbers on it to look over if i was happy with the numbers then i could signe off and send it back fed ex. well when i received the paper work it said total cost $7065 for the living room set so i was like whtat the hell i asked the fed ex guy could he leave the paper work so i could look it over and find out what all the additional cost were

he said " no i have specific instructions to wait for you to sign and take back the paper work so i was like forget it take the paper work back i dont want any thing.
I called steven and told him i didnt like the way they did things and i didnt want to do business with them. he was like ok thats cool. well about a week ago i pull my credit and it says $7065 credit limit and $7065 balance im like what the hell not to mentiion i was in the process of trying to get financed to buy a house.

so i called USA DISCOUNTERS and asked them what was going on they were very rude and said " we assumed that you were going to sign the paper work when we sent it so we just went ahead and put it on your credit. needless to say i was upset and disgusted. so i asked when will this be removed and he told me well we only have one guy who takes care of that and he is on vacation.

Well after speaking to some very unproffessional individuals such as Steven, and Donna (this woman has no tact did i mention) i decided im going to petition to have this company put on the military black market list so that soldiers do not continue to give them their business im also seeking legal advice from jag
