These people are very unhelpful and rude, they charge your card without permission. After a few days of your card being charged, when I call them to confirm, they threaten to release the ticket to someone else unless you pay extra. They transfer you between the sales reps like a yo yo and each one are very rude. When you ask to speak to the person in charge, each one say they are the person in charge.
