Then came John Parks wanted to finish up the loan Modification back in may and still nothing has been done Orange City, Florida

Back in Sept 2008 we saw a program on TV about getting a loan Modification we talk with Su Simon at USMAC and she said she could guarntee that the lawyer that would be handling it that we would be done in 30 to 45 days with a lower fixed rate we have ajustible rate and that they needed $3500.00 and they would send paperwork in the mail in 2 days so we could get started with this soon as possible we had use a credit card for this and still paying on it.we kept calling and to see how things was going no answers we could not get thur voice mail full on there end Then all a sudden we get a call From John Parks at Christian Dillon law office and said he was taking over our case that was march2009 and he needed for us sent all update paperwork so we did well here it is sept2009 and still nothing we did get a hold of John Parks by e mail today 9/3/09 and we told him we wanted our personal paperwork back and our Money $3500.00 back but have not heard nothing,My husband has cancer and i would be getting done work to care for him so we needed a loan modification to lower our house payment well i am still working because we can't get any help,and my husband needs me at home .
