Uggfootwear-direct.com I ordered a pair of uggs online in January and having not yet received them i tryed to contact them through their e-mail but it just kept getting sent back to me. I payed via Paypal which gives no way of making any enquiries about the payments made. I started to research the company (a little too late it seems) and found a similiar ripoff report from another person. I'm very disappointed. Internet

I placed an order in January for a pair of Uggs - they would be a late Christmas gift from my father - and received a Paypal confirmation of payment. Today I decided to contact the company as i found it strange that the boots had not yet arrived. Using both e-mails provided - one on the website and one on the Paypal reciept - i attempted to find out what happened to my order. Both e-mails were automatically returned to me. There is no other way to get in touch with them, so i started to feel a little disturbed. I googled the company and happened to find this website 'ripoffreport' with another disgruntled customer writing about the same dissapointment as i have had. I use the internet frequently to buy various products and have never experienced this. I am very disappointed. How can they get away with this? Can anybody just set up a website claiming to sell something, take people's money and then not deliver the product?
