Ultra Life Fitness Rip-off Fraud Faulty Terms and Agreement South Jordan Utah

In November of last year I decided to try out Hoodia from UltraFittness.com I was guaranteed a free trial size bottle as long as I paid Shipping & handling. I looked through the Terms and agreement, everything looked legit so I followed through and gave them my credit card number (BIG MISTAKE) on January 19 of this year I was charged $28.97 from E Curves (what is that??) Directly beside the transaction was a phone number (800) 757-1279, I called this number to get answers to why my account was being charge such an amount, and NO ANSWER so I call again and again and then some more still nothing. no lie is rang twice then answered then immediately disconnected. I could not believe it. So i began to get very suspicious, so I did what everyone else does and went straight to Google. I tried searching E Curves and got nothing but dead ends. Finally after an hour i got a lead THIS WEBSITE, here I learned of this horrible SCAM, contacted my bank and am filing a report. If this has happened to you KEEP FIGHTING don't give up, don't let it go, don't let it just roll of your back, this is not fair, this is a true scam!!!

This is a copy of an email that i sent them:

I have received an UNATHORIZED charge on my credit card; I need it returned in full also a $20 overdrawn fee that you have caused my account. I have proof of both charges; i have contacted my bank, and am one of the many that have submitted a complaint to the BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU. I read the terms and conditions, and no where did it tell me of this charge. I was guaranteed a free trial product and that only shipping would be charged. I am in the military I DO have FREE LEGAL and my husband and i along with several online witnesses (that have experienced the same problem with your fraud) will be more then happy to submit their testimonies. I suggest that you refund me a total of 48.97 which is 28.97 from E curves (whatever that is) and a 20.00 fee for having and overdrawn balance because of you. I do not want to take legal action but don't sit there for a second and think that I will take this. My family serves and protects this country, my husband has been to war fighting for you and this is how you show your respect? If I do not receive a phone call in a maximum of 2 weeks (I am taking into consideration that you are a company) I will be contacting a lawyer and I will get more than 48.97 for all the hassle and suffering you have caused. My complaint to my bank will be sent through soon (just paperwork) and if I have not received word from you or them, you will be hearing a lot more of me. Please contact me ASAP. I just want my money back, though I can never regain the time that I have lost trying to call you and find you. YOUR NUMBER IS ALSO FRAUD IT JUST HANGS UP ON ME EVERYTIME. So here is my final attempt to reach you, next time it will be in court.
