Report this company to the BBB (Better Business Bureau) first, write an intelligent letter to the New Millennium Bank (which is a part of the FDIC) stating your concerns appropriately. No opinion just factual information. Give the bank a chance to rebut or resolve your issue sufficiently. If this does not happen, call an attorney and begin a class action lawsuit against this company.

Remember, nothing can happen if we do not speak up. I have already begun the class action lawsuit claim. This will take a while but my complaints will be heard especially if I am pay salaries over at this company with fees and whatever else they come up with.

If you are not careful, even though this company is reporting nicely to the credit bureau, your credit to debt ratio will be driven through the roof. This means that your credit will still be "jacked up" (for the lack of a better term).

The customer service is horrible and you can never get a clear or a straight answer when you call so this is my proposal. Any communication with this company should be in writing or the call should be taped. This will give you a paper trail and some validity when you contact your attorney.

I hope I have helped and to the employees that monitor this, your jobs may be in jeopardy after I am done. I work hard for my money and my credit is not destroyed. A secured card is what I was looking for because "credit" in itself is a rip-off in my opinion. It seemed simple to use my own money backed by a bank for the "just in cases" of life but when I have limited access to my own money, customer service who makes follies and do not apologize, and inconvenience at all levels (BTW.....that is how you spell it not inconvince)...I will see justice.

Thank you all for your time in reading this post. Please respond to it if you want in on this class action lawsuit. I will forward you my attorney's telephone number and address.

POSTED: Tuesday, January 04, 2011

On January 4, 2011, I received another re-issued card that was deactivated before I could even use it! I called customer service and they expressed to me that they marked the card lost/stolen and I must wait an additional 10 days to use the money that was mine to begin with.

Wow! Run from this company and please if you have an account, RECORD ALL CONVERSATIONS!
