On 3/14/08, I shipped several parts to be reassembled with new trailing arms and bearings. About 14 days later, I was told they would be shipping. My credit card was charged on 3/21/08 (a week before they claimed to ship).
I never received the parts and have have great difficultly in contacting them because they don't respond to my email and rarely answer the phone. Voicemail messages that I leave go unanswered.
I have been told so many stories. AT&T has their phones messed up. My email must be screened out. The parts are at DHL in Wilmington Ohio (about 40 miles from their destination). They had to ship new mailing labels. The parts are lost. They are shipping new parts from Indianapolis. The parts are on the truck for delivery. The parts are lost (again).
They gave me DHL tracking numbers. If you check DHL, they are good numbers created to ship the packages but they have never been ready for pickup by DHL. Then more stories. The parts were found at DHL in Orlando. They will call me back with updated tracking information.
Again, all day today, phone calls go to voicemail and of course I received no email or call back on updated shipping info.
Now I'm wondering if I will ever get back my original parts.
I have made many purchases on the internet, but never been burned like this.

RE: Anthony Pflum
I am the Order Manager.
Mr. Pflum is in complete recite of all the merchandise he ordered. Mr. Pflum signed for all deliveries, these signed UPS and DHL delivery receipts are available for inspection.
In addition to the trailing arms, Mr. Pflum also received two shock brackets, a rear leaf spring kit, stainless rear shim kit, two drive flanges and four U-joints.
Mr. Pflum attempted to charge back his entire order by claiming that he received no merchandise. His bank, after receiving and verifying the freight carriers' proofs of deliveries, denied his charge back.
Mr. Pflum then changed his position, stating that he received his order, but paid more than he wanted to. Mr. Pflum claimed that his 40 year old trailing arm assemblies did not require the remanufacturing work and parts that went into them.
Remanufacturing drive-train and suspension components correctly is a product liability issue. Should a suspension arm or axle break an accident would be probable.
Mr. Pflum complained to the Florida Department of Agriculture, Consumer Affairs Division twice. Twice the Department agreed with us.
All correspondence to and from the Department of Agriculture Division of Consumer Affairs, Mr. Pflum's bank correspondence and all shipping documents showing delivery are available for viewing. However all personal and bank information will be blacked out
I may be reached at: bluester101@yahoo.com

Caroline

In addition to the information I submitted two days ago concerning the Florida Department of Agriculture & Consumer Services case 0807-25908,
Mr. Pflum's claim of not receiving merchandise is false.
DHL ship numbers 27058322255 and 27058344751 were both delivered to the Pflum's resisence and signed for by T Phlum and the second by A Phlum.
I have obtained proofs of deliveries showing the signatures.
Sincerely,
Callie

Since I have been buying from this company for a number of years with good experiences, I did a little research. I asked for and received copies of anything that was filed on this company from the Department of Agriculture, Division of Consumer Services.
Case number 0807-25908 applies to the report submitted by "Tony" of Tipp City, OH . This case status is "CS" which means closed satisfactorily in favor of Vettepartsonline.
This state agency is the only consumer agency that can take action against any business in Florida.
Mr. Tony P. is not telling the complete story. Based on the documents, which are public record, Tony attempted to charge back his entire order several times and still keep the merchandise he received, but his bank did not buy into "Tony's" story. Further, it is stated in these same documents, in detail, that Tony's parts required considerably more than a couple of new parts.
Sincerely,
Calli
