I had been a member at Vicsbingo for 4 years, never having won anything to cashout, till last November 2005.

I started playing their Keno game and started winning.

During the 4 years with them, my lifetime deposits were over $10,000.00.

On the weekend before March 6, 2006,I had gotten three $5000.00 hits, but of course kept playing. I submitted my cashout request for $9800.00, leaving $2500.00 in my account to play with.

On March 6, I got a letter from Cristie, their account manager, saying that my cashout had been processed and would be in my neteller account in 5 to 10 business days. She also said that management had reviewed my account and it was being "permanently disabled".

I wrote back and asked about the other $2500 that was still in my account and she wrote back saying it would likely be transferred as a cashout as well, but she would get back with me in a day or two.

Well, after weeks of not getting anyone to talk to me, and not getting my money, I contacted Jon Daley, the president or owner.

After many correspondences with him, the final word was that their software provider, Parlay Entertainment Group, had done an upgrade on January 18, which caused a "malfunction", and that no wins or losses would be paid. Jon told me that on the day of the upgrade, I had $1500.00 in my account, and he sent that to me, telling me that was all I would get.

Talking with people who are, or were, still at
Vics, whether working or playing, I was told that Marco, another of the managers, was telling people that since there were several people, who were either referred by me, or lived in the same part of the country, who were winning big, that we must have created a way to cheat. Jon Daley did acknowledge that we did not.

Playing Keno and winning big, started when I started playing it in November. It had absolutely NOTHING to do with the so-called upgrade on January 18. All the upgrade did was increase the wagering amounts, and make it a bit harder to hit.

I contacted Russ Newall at the Parlay Group, who told me that while they are merely a software provider, they do not usually get involved in customer complaints, but they were taking my claim seriously and were currently looking into the situation. (Jon Daley claimed that Parlay was doing the audit on my account and thay Parlay had discovered the "malfunction". That is NOT what Russ Newall said.

I have not heard any more from Parlay. This has been a couple of months. I have written Russ Newall and asked him to respond with Parlays position on the matter, and cannot now get him to respond.

There are several other people who were also ripped off of their fair and square winnings at the same time I was. I will speak for myself.

I have kept all my correspondence with everyone involved in this matter, and also have screen shots of my wins.

Jon Daley did contact me after all this and ask me to remove the posts I have made at Bingoplayersunion.com. That will NOT happen.

I have documentation to prove everything I have said.

Vics Bingo - Numbers are predetermined

AUTHOR: hanksherman - (United States of America)

POSTED: Sunday, April 15, 2012

I recently discovered that the bingo games at Vics Bingo are fixed. The winners are already chosen when the game begins. When I first read about it on a website, I didn't really believe it at first. Anybody could say that, and without proof, I didn't agree or disagree.

But then I found out myself. There's a program out there called "Speed up my PC". And when you use it, it speeds up whatever programs are running to super fast. So if you are playing a game of Vics Bingo, your game will be over within seconds. So I tried using this while playing a game of multiplayer bingo. The game ended and showed me the winner within seconds. Bare in mind though, my game was the only one that was sped up, everybody else was still playing the same bingo game at regular speed.

So at the beginning of every game, I would announce who the winner would be. People started asking how I knew that, and I explained that the winners are already chosen. This is illegal and a ripoff.
