These companies get you in on false pretenses and then your stuck , but when you ask for your money back they say it's in their database as a successful refund but credit card companies/banks have no record or attempts to these refunds. After complaining I now see cars parked in front of my neighbors house with people sitting there smoking cigarettes , at first I thought they were waiting for my neighbors or kids walking home from school (parents picking up their kids) but after talking to my neighbors they don't know who this lady in a Black BMW is waiting for either. I have written down the license number as it is not everyday but every other day and it started after I asked for my refund back then complaining after the 3rd email of waiting for 21 days , because I checked with my Mastercard company everyday about refund and finally explained what penbrook productions was saying about refund that it was successfully in their database and to call Mastercard because it was them not putting refund on my card. Since then I have started a dispute form like others have too with Mastercard and sent them the emails and printed document from customer care showing refund in penbrook productions database , Mastercard is now investigating refund from penbrook productions. But it's kind of scary that all of a sudden calls are coming in and hear lots people talking in back ground but nobody speaks and a lady in a Black BMW sitting in front of my neighbors houses waiting for nobody in neighborhood for hours and then when neighbors go out to do yard work and watch this car it always turns around in my driveway and drives off. I may be paranoid but my neighbors are watching this car too now , I hope I am wrong.
