Good to see that I-friends is so vigilant in its customer service

I mean, just look at all of the canned responses in here from Steven at I-friends, stating that they contacted the person who made the rip off report, and that the matter was resolved to the complainant's satisfaction.

Do you think anyone out there is really buying this? For one, most of the reports are basically anonymous, most people only give a first name and maybe a city. Yet Steven from I-friends is able to track them down, and resolve their complaints to their satisfaction.

Think for a moment, Steven - maybe there's a reason your company has hundreds of complaints on here, and work on fixing the real problem, instead of posting fake claims of resolving these issues on here.
