On April 20th I Purchased a membership to a website throught the web transaction services for $42.95 Upon receiving the username and password to access the membership area of this site, I realized I am not able to get access everytime I tried my computer feezes up. I went to the help section of this website and see where they say to turn all popup blockers off so I did.

Now I encoundered so much popups that my computer would just shut down. I called Web Transaction Services within an hour of this transaction (800-717-7476). They told me there is nothing they can do I have to pay the charges, I asked that my membership be cancelled and username and password deactivated and I am requesting a refund or stop the charges from going through since it's been only about an hour since I made the purchase, They say they cannot do that, they cannot stop the charges and they cannot issue me with a refund I have to contact the webmaster and ask them to send a request to refund.

I send an email to the webmaster and waited for two days no one responded, Wts still claim they cannot issue a refund.

So I went a head and transfer all my funds to another account; the only problem is the account thay they charged is now in overdraft because they have submitted this charge twice already with no funds then I have to pay $25.00 everytime.

I contacted WTS again on June and ask they stop submitting this debit ACH to my account they said they cannot do that. They are going to continue to submit it because I have to pay.

I think this is a total ripoff company. Why should someone pay for services they did not received besides I call them immideatly after the transaction went through as ask to calcelled the subscription and issued a refund, everything has been calcelled and password and username deactivated since April 20th the date of the transaction. They still expecting me to pay even though I have never access this website. In other words They are asking me to pay for something I did not get.

How can I get these people to stop submitting these charges to my account.

I have done business with Compines like CCbill, Ibill, Verotel, 2000 charge and have never encountered this problem,

Obviously something need to be done about this company.
How should I proceed? What are my options, I am willing to go all the way to get these people out of business
