Because I was eager to sell more than anything, I listed with the company and put my money up front. After several unreturned calls, I finally called and left a vulgar, threatening message on his voice mail. He definitely called back the next day and confronted me about my message.
At this point, I was already fed up with getting the runaround. I asked about the progress of my property and got the same answer that everyone else has gotten: Its on the desk of several companies right now. Just be patient. That was the last time I have been able to get a hold of anyone.
The 800-number is not accepting any more messages, the fax number is now being used by a different company, and the building at 775 Warner Lane, Orlando FL where they worked out of is now for sale. Here is the listing:
I looked on whitepages.com and searched for Eugene Gordon. He is listed as the owner of a new company called Exclusive International Resorts. The address is: 12012 Lake Cypress Cir, Apt 203. Orlando, FL 32828-7070. The new fax number is: 407-386-6334. His new e-mail address is: exclusiveresortsint@yahoo.com. (If the e-mail address doesn't show up in this report, go to whitepages.com & search for 'Eugene Gordon.' His new company and the new address of his new company will come up.)
I have been sending multiple daily messages to our friend Eugene to remind him that he can run, but he cannot hide. I would hope that everyone that has been hoodwinked by these idiots will join my daily campaign and bombard them with daily messages, voice mails, and faxes until they realize that we are not going away. They had no problem hounding me every day until I decided to list with their company. The way I see it, turn-about is fair play.
I have read other peoples postings about contacting lawyers and filing a class action suit. I am interested to hear how any legal situations end up; please update on the website. Also, Im down for a class action suit. If this prick can disappear from one place and start a business in another, Im sure he can be issued a summons to appear in court. Id be glad to drive down there and deliver it to him!
The bottom line is: Im out $685 and although that is less than some other people got bilked out of, its enough that Im not just going to lay down and take one for the team. I want a resolution and if it means shelling out another $685 or more to take these slimy bastards to court, then so be it.
I would appreciate any comments, feedback, or updates on everyone elses situation.

Furthermore, it doesn't take a genius to put two and two together. Anyone that has been bamboozled by your sales pitch and scammed by your former employer will be quick to associate you and your new, 'legit' business with the old business that you were the name and voice of. I don't have to go out of my way to get your new business bad press. You've managed to do that pretty well yourself.
The only person that has been slandered here is me. I only wish that I was a client of Castle Resorts. Being a client would entail getting some type of service for payment rendered when in fact I got nothing in return for my initial investment except smooth talking, excuses, false promises, and now, threats of a bogus lawsuit by some ambulance chasing public defender.
Have you checked this site out at all? Your name and the names of your cronies are plastered all over this site and plenty of others. Do a search of your name, Castle Resorts, Castle Timeshares, Tim Viner, or Walter Fowler, etc; They will all take you to the same places with the same negative criticism, bad reviews, and customer complaints. Any consumer will be quick to associate the Eugene Gordon of Castle Resorts with the 'new and improved' Eugene Gordon and whatever name you decide to slap on your next business venture. Five minutes spent searching on the Internet will blow your cover. You did yourself more bad press than I ever could by being associated with your old company and not being an advocate for the customers who you helped rip off.
The only thing that I ever asked of you was to be up front with me, which you did not do. The only thing that I ask of you now is to help everyone else get in contact with the people who you supposedly worked for. You worked with and for the names associated with this company; for you not to do everything in your power to recoup your own money as well as assist others in doing the same thing is ludicrous and I will publicly question your integrity until you do so. (It's election season now, my man. As you already know, it isn't a crime, but instead, something that is widely accepted to question people's integrity, especially in public.) Your lawyer will vouch for me on that one.
Feel free to fire back another threatening response under the guise that I have insulted you, challenged you, or offended your honor. This is actually more response than I've gotten out of 50 phone calls and hundreds of e-mails. But, until you make an honest effort to help me and other consumers who placed their trust in you, then I will have nothing but negative feelings and remarks for you. Your business will earn its reputation based on you and your business practices (both past & present), so it will sink or swim on its own; it doesn't need my help to do that. You can sure do yourself, your budding business, and any future/prospective clients a huge favor by giving up any information that you have so that the company that you represented is held accountable for their unethical, slimy business practices. Anything less is unacceptable.

I don't care if you had a moral dilemma and decided to leave the company. You swindled many people out of their money and I'm not going to settle for the 'woe is me' song and dance. If your story is true (and I don't believe that it is), you ended up owing the company money? Not buying it; not in a million years.
The bottom line is that you know who the people are who were running that company and you know how to get ahold of them. I'm 1,000 miles away from where you are. It's not as easy for me to look for these people who probably work right alongside of you. Even if your story is somewhat legit, you still have a responsibility to help other people who are trying to recoup their money.
Unless you want to be held equally responsible with the other snake oil salesmen who ran this company, you better make good with the names and numbers of people who can absolve you.
There are plently of people out there who check this website on a regular basis and the more stories like mine that they see and the more b.s. excuses they see from the very people who stole their money, the angrier they get and the more they want justice.
If you've started your own business in an attempt to go legit, you can't afford the negative press that your business will receive as a result of being associated with Castle Resorts. Right now, from where the sun now stands, it is my promise to you that if I don't get some meaningful information from you, I will make it my life's goal to ruin your company so you can understand the feeling of loss that all of these other people have felt.
You will respond to this posting with some meaningful, helpful information or risk your reputation and the reputation of your company as a result.
