West Coast Movers Overcharged us, and destroyed all our valuable personal items Las Vegas Nevada

We called West Coast Movers to help us relocate from Utah to Texas. They gave us a "worst case scenario" for all of our furniture. My wife walked the agent (Dave) through our house item by item that we would be taking with us. They showed up at our house on moving day when we couldn't change carriers because we were out of time, and they changed the price of our move by over a $1000.

When our furniture arrived in Texas they had destroyed our most valuable items. They had packed the truck so tight that the movers were slamming everything together to try and get individual pieces out of the truck. Our bed frame was split in two on both sides of the bed, or kitchen chair which is part of a very expensive set was snapped in two. Our exercise equipment including our $1200 treadmill looked like they had dropped it off of the back of the truck while driving full speed. It was completely destroyed and not functional. Our dryer also had to be replaced and they had used the detergent loader drawer on our washer as something to pick our washer up with and it had snapped off. There were many other pieces of furniture destroyed. They offered to pay us $40 for our damaged goods.

This company is a complete rip-off. DO NOT USE. They scam you on the price (low ball the offer knowing they will increase the price on moving day) and they don't care about your furniture. I could have thrown everything into a truck without blankets for protection, and had better results
