Watching tv a commercial came on from Westernsky financial and I couldn't believe what I saw. They offer a $10,000 loan at a rate of 89.9% for 84 months with $749.50 a month payment. If you do the math. That $10,000 will cost you $63,000. This should be illegal. I fear the elderly may be takin advantage of a quick $10,000 without seeing the end result. Business like this gives all business a bad name

I'm not sure how it works 100%, but since they are a native american company operating on native american soil, aren't they outside the juridiction of US laws? I"m not sure they CAN make it illegal.
