Its just wrong... It's been a year since I have submitted my refund of $180.00 to this place, and when I first did it, I followed all the rules, and turned EVERYTHING in, just to get a letter back a few wks later from this company saying that my phone bill was INVALID, and that I had to re-due everything again. SO for the 2nd time I turned the rebate paperwork in, and was told I would get my rebate back within a few wks. So, I go to www.cellphonerebates.com to check on the status, and it said that it had to be reprocessed and to give it an additional 4-6 wks more. So I did then checked again on the site. Still, same message, so I called 866-607-9877, got a rep. on the line after forever on hold, and they said the same thing about the reprocessing, that one of their sites were closed and they had to do something, I dont know, and I had moved since submitting the rebate, so they took down my new address. So then I sorta just left the whole thing alone thinking it would take care of itself BAD IDEA! I again went to the website, and SAME MESSAGE! So then I called the number again, and was told that my rebate is being handled by corporate aka Inphonic. So I got another number to call.. 866-274-8573. So I called and left my info on their v-mail, and was told I would get a call within 72 hrs YEAH RIGHT. Never got a call. So I called them about a couple of wks later and was on hold for forever, and I finally had to hang up cause I was at work. I reported them to the BBB last week.
So then I called Inphonic today and after 4 attempts of calling I gotta rep. not a nice one might I add. They found my file, and said that they are putting a "check request" in whatever that is, and that I can call back within 10-14 days for the status. Oh and they apparently never changed my address from when I told them to either. So I will be calling back to see whats going on. But I'm sick of being patient with this company!!
