Wordsmart Corporation Don't order-they won't accept product back and will force you to pay-product is college level not for 8 year old Internet

 Wordsmart, Is A Fraud!  I order the product over the phone I asked if this product would be a benefit to an 8 year old and was told it would be.  I received the product, it was college level!  I called two days later and had to hold 44 minutes for customer service. The representative told me she would make a note that I was not satisified with the product and would stop future shipments.  This was in January 2010.  At the end of March, I received my credit card statement and their was a $79.99 charge. I called WORDSMART once again having to hold 35 minutes for a representative and she told me they had no record of the product being returned and I told her that I had the introductory package only and she told me there was no such thing and I should have returned the original package to them.  She told me that I had been turned over to the collection department.  She transferred me to a guy in collection that informed me that I could write a letter to the Board of Directors and they could determine if I had to pay or not.  I wrote the Board a letter along with returning the unused product paid $18.00 for insurance on the product and shipment.  A week and a half later it was returned to me REFUSED pasted they 30 day period.  A week or two later I received a letter stating that I pay $159.98 or be turned in to collection agency and credit bureau. I PAID $14.95 originally, $79.99 by credit card this $159.98 is an additional fee, plus I will have a balance of $79.99 for a product they refused to take back. My grandson is in the 2nd grade and this is college material.  I will be contacting all of my local television stations to info this of this misleading product and a company refusing to accept a product back and they will misinform you of the product for you to buy it.
I have called these people about 20 times and will be placed on hold for long periods of time or they will let you hold for as long as an hour and not answer.  When I told one of the representative I wasn't going to pay for a product that I can't use and I tried to return it to them and they refused to accept it back.  Her exact words to me were you will pay or else.  What type of business is this-They are prying on children
I will help  to stop this misleading product from being to sold to anyone else.
