They dont tell you upfront that your credit card will be charged when you place a tech support call. They $9.95 charge magically appears as a "TWEEN" Visa charge on your bank statement. Then you get to play the almighty phone tag game. You dial an 888 number into the blackhole of toll free land getting no type of explanation on the recording of what type of business this is. However, the recording prompts you to leave your credit card number (come on...I may have fallen for WordSmart but that - no way!). No one ever calls back to explain the charge! EVER! I had to call WordSmart to get to the bottom of it. They are very rude. Certainly was noty the case when they were taking my $500.00. What a scam!
