Dear Michelle,
We understand your concerns here at World Wide Reabtes. Though we process a large number of rebates for Shop NBC, unfortunately, we do not process the rebates for The HP 550. The processing center located in Aquadilla, Puerto Rico is a rebate center directly through Hewlett Packard.
I have located a general phone number for HP. You can contact HP directly at 877-801-7183 for further assistance.
