Wow Wigs Wowwigs Sells Defective Wigs, Internet

Be cautious of the products sold by this company. I ordered 2 wigs and both were defective. They had a sale and advertised prices 30% lower than everybody else.  I found out why.  Bad mistake on my part trying to get a bargain.

They put in bold print that they accept no returns.  Only exchanges.  But the exchange policy just seryes to put cash in their pocket.  Exchanges come at a cost of 15% restocking fee plus shipping both ways.   It would end up costing me a fortune to exchange a product with a company that sold me inferior goods.  Odds are I would get the same inferior wigs in return.  Steer far and away from them.  Nothing but a ripoff.

Obviously they have zero interest in repeat customers.
