I was trying to research who was charging me $4.95 when I came across a charge from Wu-Yi Source.com back in January. I then googled the company and came up with the Ripoff Report. Several of the reports lead me to the numbers that helped me cancel and hopefully I will not be charged any more than what has happened.

Please note that I was very firm in asking the representatives on-line that all charges be credited and that it was not ok to charge my account anymore. At first they just want to tell you it will not be charged anymore but will not credit what has been charged.

With a little pushing and reminding them that I caught it right away and not much time has passed, and I obviously have not used the service, they credited my account for everything except the postage of the tea.
I told them it has been two weeks since I ordered and have not received the tea. They gave me a PO Box number (PO Box 10233, DeMoine, IA, 50321)
to return the tea to and I will recieve the credit.

If anyone has ordered from this company I would highly suggest calling up all the current charges on your account and cancelling service ASAP.
