YAHOO MUSIC "UNAUTHORIZED CHARGES ON MY STATEMENT FOR PAST YEAR" SUNNYVALE California *NOTICE..!! this ripoff has nothing to do with Yahoo search engine - many rip-off businesses use the Yahoo name to fool consumers.

I don't usually look at all my bank statements, but I had noticed on a couple this Yahoo Music, CA and tried calling the number located next to the agency. So such luck! I believe that this company gave a false number and somehow got my banking information. I want to be reimbursed the funds they took from me and I think I should be able to sue for more damages as well for fraud.

I did get in touch with my bank but even they didn't know what to do because it was no longer a valid company. They said that they believe that the company was bought out. I'm sure if it's Rhapsody or not, but it's not even all about the money, it's also the principle. Companies shouldn't be allowed to bill consumers for products that they never ordered nor ever used a day in their life. And how did they get my information?

That's still unclear. I want to be reimbursed though, and I will do whatever it takes to get some justice here.
