I called them to repair tub faucet drip - had researched and knew it was likely washer and possibly stem repair.

They require a $78 upfront fee.  When they arrived they quoted me $450 to do the job.  I was astonished and declined the service.

I called another well established firm.  They had a free second opinion visit.  They arrived promptly and replaced washers, cleaned the stems, and repacked - all for $125 - about 1 hour of labor.

I was also quote about $900 to replace faucet - something the competitor would do for $450.

They are outrageously expensive and get you with an upfront fee before you realize this.

Go somewhere else!
