To call these guys a ripoff shop doesn't put in perspective that this "rip off shop" makes other crooked Tax Resolution companies look like amateurs when it comes to stealing money from clients.

These guys didn't do anything. They put in the paperwork that they don't want their customers to contact the IRS. They will never call you back. The Sr. client manager will try to intimidate, berate, and attempt to be condescending which is apparently their form of "customer service".

It's hard to trust any tax reconciliation agency after this debacle that you will go through after dealing with these people.

Run don't walk away from these guys, Do it yourself or find a local counselor who is responsible and culpable.

Since these guys did next to nothing with my P.O.A. My credit card company referred partial funds (40%) which even my lawyer friends were impressed with.

Colin McKibbin, Attorney "ironically" also worked for another tax resolution firm, ATR Tax (Google them - you'll find his name in client depositions) this firm that was taken down in a spectacular fashion after it's owners were unceremoniously wisked off to prison and stripped of their Ferraris purchased by stolen client money.
