Aaron Arradondo and Jay D Hoffman at IIG Management Inc RIPPED ME OFF, by inviting me out to interview for them and promising to reimburse me for me travel expenses, but never did. Instead they just ignored all of my attempts to contact them.
They called me up one day, invited me out to interview for the very next day and said don't worry we will pay for all of your travel expenses...air, car etc. I was really not sure about going but they insisted that my resume was amazing, and that I am basically guaranteed the position out there. All I had to do is come out and meet with Jay D Hoffman.
I flew out there, hired a car, went over to their office and met JD, aka Jay D Hoffman, and also Aaron Arradondo the CFO. We talked about the job, they offered it to me, and I said I would need some time to think about it. It seemed to good to be true. Then I asked about getting reimbursed for the cost of the flight and the cost of the car, and Aaron said calmly oh, don't worry about that now, just send us the receipts later when you get home, in case there are more expenses incurred along the way home. I was not sure but said ok. The next day I call after careful consideration and I turn down the job offer. I thanked them for their time and generous offer but said the job is not for me.
I get back to me home and straight away but the receipts in the mail, and triple checked their address and made sure there was plenty of postage. Two weeks later I had still heard nothing back from them. No email, no phone call nothing. I call them, and they do not answer the phone. I try all day...then the next day, then the next. After nearly a week I am worried. I email Aaron from his business card address. Nothing. Several days later of still trying he tells me they have NOT received my letter. I can't believe it.
Not to worry, I thought, I will just email them scans of the originals. Another five days went by and still nothing. After several angry emails for me and nothing, I Google his name AARON ARRADONDO. Guess what the first f**ing thing is .... yes, RIP OFF REPORT. Two other people already complaining about the same thing, poor guys. This guy has done it before !!!
As soon as I wrote him again and forwarded the link to the existing ripoffreport link, he wrote back "Richard, We have the copies of your credit card statement and airline receipt you emailed to us. You will be reimbursed for your air fare and for your car rental within the next 48 hours. Aaron"
I still have not heard anything at all from him and NEVER heard anything from Jay. All I can say is that this is a very suspicious company and why they have some many names and alternative branches is very strange. Each of them have three or four email addresses and multiple phone numbers that never get answered. To this day I have not received one penny, or any form of contact from them. THIS HAS TO STOP, THEY ARE FAKES !!

In response to the attempt of IIG Management and Jay D Hoffman to dis-credit my earlier report, once again, the company is a sham and is lying. The sickening truth is that I was OVER QUALIFIED and they offered me the job THERE AND THEN. I was very shocked and of course a little excited, but after spending the night in Atlanta to consider this offer and OTHER offers I had around the country, I felt that I was better suited else where.
The simple fact is that I told Jay that although I greatly appreciated his offer I did not feel it was the right position for me. I turned him down on the phone, as he INSISTED I give him an answer within 24 hrs. After telling him I was not going to accept he IMMEDIATELY became rude and extremely short with me. He was clearly taken back and offended, even though I truly was being polite and professional. He literally hung up on me and that was the very last time I would EVER here from IIG.
Jay is truly a coward and a classic con man in the true sense. He begged me to come out, I blew him away with my work, he offered me the job, and was quite happy to pay my expenses until I turned the job down. Like a spoiled child he simply chose to ignore me from that moment on. I am glad to hear they are under investigation.

I also have been waiting for over 2 months to be reimbursed for similar expenses, and from working there for 3 weeks saw so many unethical activities I left, never to be paid as agreed in writing. These people are under investigation be the state, and their past companies have been reported on this site under the names of Boxcar Stores and Coastal Metallcon Group. They have also been the subject of a 3 part repport by Fox 5 Atlanta that outlined their fraudlent activities. I have Mr. Hoffmans home address and would be happy to give it to anyone who desires it, I can be contacted at (((ROR redacted)))

We have had numerous job postings and get hundreds of resumes. We screen potential job candidates and verify as much information as we can before bringing someone in for an interview. Richard Yarlett interviewed with us and we learned that he misrepresented himself on his resume. If he had been truthful on his resume we would not have wasted his time or ours bringing him in for an interview for a job he is not qualified for. Richard Yarlett misrepresented himself to us and was not qualified to interview with us for the position. We do not feel obligated to pay expenses based on misrepresentation or falsehoods.
