After you order their "free trial", you should see a $79 dollar charge poping up on your bank statement about 2 weeks after you receive the product. They sent you a months supply and want you to return the remaining pills after your 2-week free trial is up. I called to complain and cancel on Sept 17th. They told me to mail the product to an address in Iowa (priority mail) and they would refund in 5-10 business days. They US postal service said they received the package on Oct. 3rd. On October 15th I called their customer support and they said they had just processed the return and I should see a refund in a few days. I called on Nov. 1 to ask again and they said they had already refunded me, Wachovia must have missed that because there was no refund credited back to my account, now the customer support women took down my information to send to their corporate offices. I should hear from them in 48 hrs, I dont expect a phone call. No one I talk to has any clue what is going on. Dont purchase anything from these criminals.
