I am reporting a Jordanian businessman by the name of Adel Hosban / Adel Husban. He has stolen and scammed money off me and many other businessmen in Dubai, to the tune of several million dollars.
He has several cases opened against him in Dubai and other Emirates, and they are now being investigated. He should not be trusted with any amounts of money whatsoever - he is known to be very good with words and specialises in taking money from others using emotional blackmail and fraud. He has been involved in interior decorating and other false business ventures and ponzi schemes.
He has also been reported for a sexual harassment case in Morocco.
He is short, fairly plump and has not been known to use another name. He has bounced several cheques, and many people are currently looking for him. Please report any activity to Dubai Police or any relevant authority.
