adriana and darren mannino slum landlords allow mother and children to live in inhumane living conditions jackson New Jersey

landlord refuses a mother and children to move out of a mold,rat bed bugs infested apartment, this lady calls ACS  on her because she is making calls to 311 daily. the landlord refuses to fix anything in the aprtment, theres are rat holes leading into the aprtment, there are leaking pipes, there are holes in the ceilng, the floor is seak due to weak wood, there are mice androach droppings all over, there are young children from the ages of 5 mots old to 18 living in this apartment and i feel like this is just inhumane for a landlord to allow thins who also has children of her own. how can a mother allow this???? allow this filth??? wold she live liike this?? would she feel the same way this mother feels??? i think this is OUTRAGEOUS , someone needs to help this wouman , there is also lead found in the blood of the young children, the nerve ofthese landlords to make and allow these children to suffer and get bed bug bites, HOW DARE SHE ,
