The former employee suspected of filing this nonsense was one who joined or created a side company and tried to sabotage our business relations with Texas clients so he could steal the business. He emailed and demanded more than 3 times what the customers were paying to let his new company work the buildings, and tried to fire all of our workers to put us in a bind. Unfortunately for him, the contracts were nationally arranged and he had no local jurisdiction to acquire the business. We retained our employees and saved our customers. After the ploy failed, we terminated his employment and placed another manager over the business he was reaponsible for after repairing the endless damage he caused to our customers and relations. He was fully paid for all services rendered until his termination, yet came here to flame our company in a last ditch effort to steal customers. This was the thanks we got for teaching him the business when he had very little prior experience. Nonetheless, we recovered from atrocity and thankfully caught it early enough.
