As property manager, Altisource is required to keep the air conditioning in working order.  Altisource is negligent in its duty.  Altisource has ignored numerous maintenance requests, both on-line (in writing) and by phone.  More than 40 days have past and Altisource has not responded to maintenance requests regarding the air conditioning.  Altisource telephone operators have no concern for their tenants nor the properties they manage.  Altisource is concerned only with collecting information and rents. Altisource is ill-equipped to provide the property management services to which it is contractually obligated.  Incompetent, callous, dishonest and negligent are befitting terms that appropriately describe Altisource.
