Note this very important part of The Fifth Circuit Court decision about these (censored):

"Under an Order issued by U.S. District Court Judge R. W. Story in the Northern District of Georgia, defendants Alyon Technologies, Inc., Telcollect, Inc., and Stephane Touboul are prohibited from BILLING, COLLECTING OR ATTEMPTING TO COLLECT payment from consumers without first FULLY DISCLOSING THE MATERIAL TERMS OF THE SALE TO THE CONSUMER, OR SOMEONE AUTHORIZED TO INCUR THE CHARGES and ALSO VERIFYING THAT THE PERSON RECEIVING THE SERVICES WAS AUTHORIZED TO INCUR THE CHARGES.

if you get any request from Alyon and/or Merchants and there is not FULL DETAILED disclosure of what Judge Story wanted, than they are violating the Court Order.

Advise them what the Court Order requires and that you want it in writing. Until that time they are not to bother you in any way or form. Indicate that if they do and the required information is not forthcoming, you will notify the court, The FTC and your States Attorney General.
