American Standard Auto Protection Beware of this company!! It took me 9 phone calls to them in order to get my refund. Was told that they DONT have a supervisor I could speak with. Wilmington Delaware

Beware of this company! I cancelled my policy with them, and it took nine calls to them to speak with someone. Teir contract says that a refund will be issued within 5 busines days if it is adebit card, and 12-14 business days for a check. After speaking to anyone I could, and being told each time that the credit had been issued. Not true! It took nineteen days of promises and rudeness, and i still dont have the refund.

Extended warranties are a huge ripoff in my opinion. Cancelling the warranty is an excellent idea. The company has no excuse for not refunding the unused portion of your warranty in a timely manner. Report this company to the FTC.
