I received a Official Declaration of Certified Award and Porvision of Payment for either $1,327,940.00 of Option B #2,000,000.00. They want you to get their Premium Offer for $12.99 which is Mandatory and must be enclosed as a requirement. I did not do this as it seems like a scam and is.
