this guy is total sham, He has General contractors license, He has wormed his way into Immanual Baptist Church as a Pastor, he feeds from Flock by getting donations to build a cluster of tacky buildings on Church.
Hence paying himself back to his construction business.
He has many complaints with DBPR, I am gueessing gets away by either paying people off, or throwing money at problem.
Also He has history of not maintaining proper insurance during construction, check county records, you will see he would buy insurance and obtain mliple permits then a month later not pay premium. So It would be cancelled due to lack of payment.
then people's lives in danger because no insurance to protect if accident.
he owes many subcontractors. Also several big lawsuits against him.
you can look at his facebook and twiter accounts.
check with Santa Rosa county building permits they will tell you many complaints, stealing peoples money
