Apple Appliance DO NOT CALL APPLE APPLIANCE FOR SERVICE. Appliance replaced parts on a 4 yr old GE Profile Refrigerator that were NOT necessary and caused a problem they could NOT fix and called GE Service to FIX the problem. Apple refused to pay for GE's charges. A total of about $700 was spent to repair a 4 yr old refrigerator. Call GE direct because they have computers to diagnose problems. Apple Appliance serviced a 4 yr old GE Profile refrigerator because it was not cooling.
They subsequently made several service calls. They were not very polite when we had to keep calling to say that there was yet another problem. At one point, they called GE Service to fix a problem that Apple caused.
Apple then refused to pay for this GE Service bill. A total of approximately $700 was spent to repair this refrigerator.
Do not used Apple Appliance for any appliance repair service. Call the manufacturer direct, if possible, like GE.
GE Service has computers to diagnose problems.
