Todd McCabe from Aqua Pools LLC was recommended to us by people in the business and had A rating from the BBB.
Todd wrote a contract with us and took a deposit from us and cashed it within 30 minutes of leaving our home. His workers showed up and ripped down a small retaining wall, left the yard a mess and we never saw anyone again. No plans were ever filed with the city and our calls went unanswered. Periodically a text message was sent to us saying he was planning on showing up but he never did.
We ended up having to go to court where we received a default judgement because Todd never responded or showed.
Todd is using the fact that his son had (and passed away) from cancer as an excuse for taking money and not paying it back. The sob story continues.
DO NOT BE FOOLED by Todd. We know that we are not the only ones he has taken money from.
