The Criminal, Arroya Williams, contacted a company that I use to rent out my vacation home in Florida. She pretended to the company she was just her and a friend that were staying in the apartment to have a quiet stay.
The company approved her stay and gave her access to the apartment for a few days. Mean while, she had what seems like a major party with a bunch of thugs in the condo. They completely TRASHED the condo.
They did everything you would fear, smoked in the apartment, smashed the lamps, moved furniture in different rooms and dumped furniture on the balcony just for spite.
The apartment was left in such horrible condition we had to make a Police Report with North Miami Beach.
It turns out, she is already a criminal. North Miami Beach police quickly showed us her MUGSHOT.
When the company contacted Arroya Nechell Williams, she said she didn't have the money to pay for it and that we should talk to her mom.
Her mom called the company owner from (((redacted))) from the caller I.D. Cyril Lorina who PRETENDED TO BE A LAWYER.
The "lawyer" explained that they were poor and had no money to pay for damages.
So if you are considering doing business with these low-life criminals - think again. Do not rent to her, her "mother", or hire these thugs for any job.
Let the police deal with them.
