BentHouseInc.com Potential Fraud - Be Cautious of this company.... Monticello Minnesota

Made purchase on November 24th for christmas present for my daughter. After not receiving a shipping date I sent email for follow-up. Got automated response but no updates. It is now December 17th and after four voice mails left to owner and over 6 emails requesting updates over the past few weeks, still have gotten nothing back. Suspecting owner and company of fraudulent bussiness. My credit card was charged and invoice provided but nothing else from that point. I even advised owner that if I did not receive response within reasonable time I would consider this transaction as fraud on his part and would contact appropriate agencies however it was my hope that this was not the case as my daughter really liked the shoes. Still no communication from business or owner. My advice is stay away from this company...
